This is my 200th post.
We did the 3.5 miles and I didn't have to slow down and walk a normal pace to catch my breath.
I bet I had a good time too,but I didn't hit the right button so I do not know what my time is!
Meals points for yesterday is 27.
Back to the gym today. I will be doing the Tm for hills this time.
