In The Gym

Well I made it to the gym tonight after work.As soon as I got home I put on my gym clothes and that was half the battle.I started to fall asleep and E said not tonight get up and let's get in the gym.Once we got there And I was in the gym I did just fine.

Training:
bikes:random hills,Lvl. 7,spped 15.5,20 minutes,6.95 miles.alot slower than what I was doing.
E did random hills,speed 20.2,,20 minutes, 6.72 miles.
Ab.: 35 lbs, 4 sets of 25
seated row: 60 lbs, 3 sets of 15
inner thigh: 70 lbs,100 x
bicep curl: 22.5 lbs,3 sets of 15
outer thigh: 70 lbs, 100x
chest press: 10 lbs, 3 sets of 10
leg ext.: 40 lbs 2 set of 15,single leg, 20 lbs,2 sets of 10
tri ext.: 60 lbs,3 sets of 15
leg curl: 40 lbs 3 set of 15,single leg,20 lbs,2 sets of 15
ab. curl: 90 lbs, 100 x


Meals:
smoothie
B: grape nuts with honey and milk
L: brown rice,sausage,and veggie,ice tea
D: turkey with egg noodles,in a sauce,veggie,ice tea
S: ice cream

WOW! What an awesome workout! I'm totally impressed!

I'm so glad you have a workout partner! That works out great cause I so agree, getting there is almost the entire struggle and once I'm there I'm so happy to work out and I always feel so proud afterwards.

I'm also really glad you ordered the bra! I think you'll really like it (I hope you'll really like it!) so you have to let me know how it all turns out!

Good for you! Great workout, that's the great thing about a partner, they help get you there even when you don't want to.

Yay, what a workout! I'm impressed too. Motivation works in strange ways doesn't? Like laying in bed on a cold morning, the will power wilts! But once we are up and active it kinda gets a bit easier. A super work out, well done.
