Slept In

Today I slept in.11a to be honest.Later I will be doing my week 2 in my running program.

L: smoothie
S: cheese
D:turkey pasta salad,with peas,ice tea
S:pop ice

running tonight,program #2 my total mile are 1.91,4.5-4.2 speed,cal 284.I had to slow down on the last 2 runs I wasn't breathing right,so I slowed down to finish the program.E total was 2.10 miles,speed 7.5,cal.512.These totals are not counting the cool down.

I will fill it in later.

This is one of the transportation cards .There are 18 in total.

This is the back of the card .I tried to get a better picture but my good camera is not working.

This is the easy one to find.The buses and boats are the hardest to find.I don't have any of the boats yet.I have 7-18 and card 1,2,4.Those are buses.

So do you just ask the driver of the boats, etc for the card? Are they supposed to give you a card for their particular transport?

If I had known I would have gotten some for you. Sorry.

I can help you get them when we are all there in October though. :-) Ooooo I can't wait for our next visit.
