Pain In The Calf

The tittle says it all.My left calf muscle.Feels like a charlie horse from you know here.

We ran tonight.#3 again. I slowed down to make sure I wasn't wearing myself out before I could get started.1.77 miles tonight.then I tried to add and extra minute not mile, and then it started to hurt.{sigh}So I slowed down to a crawl 2.5 and finished my 30 minutes calories 253. E may have a shin splint on his left leg, miles 2.00.We didn't do anything new.The only thing that is different,is the other half of gym is open to the elements and is was hotter in there than outside tonight.They are remodeling,this has been going on for almost a year now.

B: none slept til noon
L: mashed potatoes,ice tea
D: salad,1/2 scoop of red potato salad,1/2 scoop of noodle and ham salad,2 muffins, c of mac and cheese,strawberry/lemonade ,lemon mouse. {oh yeah and a bowl of ice cream.}

Work tomorrow,If I don't hurt to much in the morning.Is it not in the stars for me to do this??{rolling the eyes} I will be riding the bike tomorrow.Cross training till it gets better.I am enrolled to take a class next week. M-Thurs. 6-10p.Can't wait. :) I am just frustrated.Dusting myself off and I am still plugging forward.I have been slacking,it was six days since the last time I rode the bike before yesterday.Look under Lardathon,it tells all. :)

Oh relax Rae. Don't worry and don't get dishearened. Get on to the bike and enjoy your riding.. the breeze on your face, scenery and everything else

Oh Rae, I really want to run with you. I know you can do this.

Don't push yourself too hard and make sure to do some good calf streches after the workout. :-)

it's gonna be up's and downs... but always better to try :)
