Tomorrow I start my new, demanding training schedule. E and sat down and worked out a schedule around my work days, with beginner swimming drills. I have been meal planning and seperating and getting everything ready. I am back on my calorie counting, eating every 4hours,have my set up to let know when it's time. And this will steal time from my family, but this is what I have to do to do what I want to do.
The riding group never got back to me not sure how to take that. Maybe just show up,not sure.
Did you know that 3500 calories is equal to one pound?? If you eat 500 less in calories you can drop a pound?? Or if you ate 250 less calories, and exercised and burned 250 calories you will loose a pound in a week??
Just a fun fact.
Congradulations to Jonathan and Amber, they FINALLY got to take Elizabeth home!!! Yay!!!!
Have a great weekend!!!

Too funny, I was reading an article on a running site the other day about the cut 500 cals and lose a lb. :-)
The eating every 4 hr is interesting and seems to work for anyone I know who does it. Of course, what you eat every 4 hrs makes a difference too, lol. I'm going to try and start with planning a small healthy snack in between meals (reducing the cals from the meals for it). then maybe I can move up to smaller meals more frequently. Not sure how this is going to work with my meeting schedule...I'll be chompin on a bowl of fruit in the middle of a meeting...should be interesting. :-)
Are you planning your carbs and such at certain meals where you have your workouts? That seems to be the next step/challenge in planning for sure.
Keep up the great work! 77 days!!!
Sounds like you're ready to put yourself first! That's so important and it's going to help you so much.
I'm back to counting calories and all the other nutrients again too. I have trouble with the every four hours eating schedule, but I'm at least back to my three squares and a snack.
Good luck with the new training schedule. I know you'll do great.
Hope you and E enjoy your training time together! I can't believe we getting so close to January, finally!
