Finally!
I have been trying to post since the last one. And it finally let me in!
Team Voice I am not sure what I am going to do with the challenges. I didn't submit one since I was sick and no one would understand me. And then no one submitted answers for the challenge.
I will be ordering the shirts after I get back from The Race for The Taste 10k next Sunday.
Speaking of the race. We have been back out training. Tuesday we did dreadmill hill sprints, and cardio. Then outside and did a 5k in 40:24 and then again the next day in 39:56. Then it rained all day yesterday. I am hoping I can get one mor 5k in and do all cardio this week. My trainer my think different.
I dropped another 3 pounds. 31 pounds lost since June.
Any ideas what to do with our challenges?
19 days and counting.....

Cheers from the Tundra!!!
Ditto on the weight loss! Feels good to hear your feeling good (huh? ;-)).
No clue on the challenges, just trying to stay on track with ANY running at this point. Down to 2-3 runs a week versus 4-5.... After the half-marathon this Saturday I think I'll have a better idea of what needs to be done in order to reach my Disney Half Marathon goals.
Your weight loss is inspiring!
How about doing a challenge that emphasizes consistency this month? Aim for training 28 out of 31 days?
