I Am Off !!!

I am soooo glad to be home. I have worked the last three days all over the place at work. My arms are a bit sore from pushing stretchers and on my feet. Man. I took yesterday off, and today. I was falling asleep trying to eat dinner last night, and the night before. Then drama hits us all again. To much stress.Saturdays weigh in was down another 2 pounds!!!

I plan on getting up in the morning with E and put in 2 miles or 3. and then later go and do an hour of intervals with hills.
