Just Another Day

Well I will start with friday.Another busy day at work. This time the pedometer did good.I didn't reset it or bumped it.IN 12 hours I walked 5.79 miles.

After I got home we went out to dinner and then E and I went Hot Wheels hunting.He found a few that he didn't have or needed for customs.Didn't get in till 1:30a.

Meals {friday}
B: cereal,yogurt,tea
L: pizza,{personal size} carrot cake,all from the heart healthy cafe}
D: Fridays I had chicken tenders,fries,spinach dip.


B: 2 egg omlete with cheese.chocolate milk
S: 1/3 c mixed nuts,vitamin water.
D: chicken quesadeas homemade.

Gym :
TM 30 minutes, 1.84.I walked the most of this I just wasn't in it today.
TM E 30 minutes 2.52.
Bike random hills,5.30 miles
Bike E random hills,5.74 miles in 20 minutes.

I know I have to get in gear and I'm just not in it today,but I got out there and did it anyway.
So all have a great weekend!!!!!!Back to the work house in the AM.Should I count the mileage from work for my monthly total????

I was interested in your reference to a heart healthy cafe. Do you actually have a cafe with such a name? As far as I am aware we don't have them as such in Australia, although many cafes and restaurants would have heart healthy options on their menues.

Yes. Absolutely count work miles into your total. They may not be at a fast walking pace, but you are still getting some great exercise.

Plus someone needs to put joggerblogger in his place. Constantly bragging about all of his miles. He'll never be able to keep up with you. ;-)

:-) LOL! I don't think I've ever bragged...

Well done on the mileage - I used to be on my feet at work 12 hours a day 6 days, but now I sit in front of a computer for 10hrs a day.

5.79 miles sounds a good workout in itself and on top of that gym..... great going are totally in it :)
