Short And Quick Hello

TGIF!!! Thank goodness, except I am scheduled to work. We will see.
I am tired out today. SO I am taking today off too from training. But if I get canceled I will be riding my bike. And doing my hills.

My heart goes out to Jonathan and his family. All send him Magic. ;)

JB I miss you too!!!!

Nothing wrong with listening to your body and taking it easy. You just gotta get back up and go at it hard the next day :)!

Hi Rae!

I agree. BL was great. I cried several times. Those people are so amazing. They lose almost 200 pounds and I can't even lose 20. I like what that one guy said about just fixing his head and then the weight came off. I think he may have the secret in that.
