Hi

Last 2 days I took off. Working and just tired. Started planning for the weekend. Its gonna be chilly in the morning of the race, not sure if I am going to wear my skin or not. It's finally here. I haven't done anymore weight training. I am going to wait till I get back. I don't want to be sore.

My calories have been consistent but my choices are all over the place. I guess I am nervous about the race. Not sure.

Ok this is short.

I am so right there with you Rae. My food choices have also been inconsistent and I had one really bad day this week where my nerves got the best of me.

I'll be leaving soon and I can't wait to see you in WDW!

Rest is the smartest thing to do right now!! And I know you are going to have a great race -- you've already done it once, so this one should be a piece of cake! (I mean broccoli!)

I really hope you wear your skin. That would just be really creepy to have a skinless Rae running in the race. Please consider wearing it. Thanks.
