Rough Monday Start..

I woke up sore this morning. My calf muscles were sift as all get out.I had to walk around and get the blood moving. They started to feel better.

I was sent home early today and in 8 hours I walked at work 3.00 miles.I was fine with leaving early since all the stuff going on here.By the way the roofer lady never came with the permit today and her excuse was that she got home late from being out of town and didn't make it to city hall. I am not happy with the management park of this whole deal. It's almost done and then I don't have to worry about this any more.

Plus we have a storm out in the ocean and they are already making a big deal out of it and it isn't a named storm yet. :(

Sounds like you really need to do some stretching.

I totally understand about contractors. Ugh. It's always such a relief when they are done and you get your house back. :-)

Great workout stats. Good luck with the contractors and the storm...

I stretch before we walk/run and after.I have to work on the outer calf muscles, they are just sore, not painful thank goodness.

Glad you like the Kick in the butt Karma. :)

Thanks erock,we have waited so long I guess a day or 2 longer won't hurt.

Fingers crossed the storm behaves.

Sounds like some stretches are needed young lady.

Rae, do you do the stretch where you stand on a step and place one foot on the edge of the step and push the ankle down. That gives a nice stretch in the calf. Hope that made sense.

Yes I do.I also do a reverse calf raise. That points the toes up and down. That one is for the muscles that help flex the foot.I got that one from the doctor.
