Hey Look It's A Castle......

This picture of the castle is the first time I have seen it without the 50th Ann. decorations on it.Very cool.

School shopping today.I hate it.Then I outfitted everyone with running attire. The kids are going to start training with us for the TOT Race.I registered them today, wasn't sure if they were really interested, but so far they seem to be.So they are going to the gym with us tonight. They walked yesterday. My son his running style is the rabbit,me I am the turtle,E possible the snowball, my daughter well not sure yet.

E thinks we should just walk this one since we are walking so fast.Maybe run a little.Tomorrow night we will do the entire 8 miles and see how long it will take and try some running. Then just work on getting it better. Tonight try the gym again, bikes and light weights.Kids too.No weights for them.

Meals:
B: smoothie
L: chicken sand which
D:Pasta with ground turkey,and a broccoli sauce.
S:Ice cream

Training :{ Updated}
Bike,22 minutes,lvl.7,7.46 miles,2 minute mile.E did not ride tonight.
Ab: 25 lbs,100x
AB curl: 120 lbs,100 x
inner thigh: 70 lbs,200x
incline press: 15 lbs, 3 sets of 12
Outer thigh: 150 x
tri.ext.: 30 lbs,4 sets of 12
Bi curl: 25 lbs,3 sets of 12

leg curl: 40 lbs,3 sets of 12,single leg, 20 lbs,1 set of 10
leg press: 2 sets of 15 at 125 lbs,calf raises,2 sets of 12

MY daughter did very well, she kept up on the bike and then she did the elliptical, for 15 minutes.MY son, hard head, refused to listen and thought he was going to come in and do what we do.E had to slow him down on the bike cause he was getting his heart rate too high.{150}.So the next time all he is doing is the bike and the elliptical to get his cardio in shape.

What a great example you set for the kids. And now they want to run too. That is awesome.

Let me know how the trial 8 miles goes.

I will Kate.I know it is going to take at least 2 hours and maybe 20 minutes.
