Well I made it to the gym tonight after work.As soon as I got home I put on my gym clothes and that was half the battle.I started to fall asleep and E said not tonight get up and let's get in the gym.Once we got there And I was in the gym I did just fine.
bikes:random hills,Lvl. 7,spped 15.5,20 minutes,6.95 miles.alot slower than what I was doing.
E did random hills,speed 20.2,,20 minutes, 6.72 miles.
